The Invenire ERB
The Invenire ERB
Time travel has captivated our imaginations for millennia, from stories to movies, we are fascinated with the notion. At the core of this theory is the wormhole, a theoretical tunnel that connects two distant points in space. The Invenire ERB celebrated this interstellar adventure where every detail of the watch tells the story of this journey into the unknown.
The dial is where the journey begins, with the hand-painted astronaut figure floating, tethered to the concave, galaxy-inspired centre as they are pulled toward the heart of the wormhole. The lumed tether glows, symbolising their passage deeper into the mysteries of space. Surrounding this, the case's hollow, latticed internal structure is curved like a scientific diagram of a wormhole, with light bending through its twisting paths. To capture this cosmic energy, slits within the lattice are filled with multi-colored enamel paint, representing beams of light bending and stretching through the curvature of space-time.
Priced at £2500 ex VAT, the Invenire ERB will be available for public sale throughout November, with only 30 units available. During November, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on with the ERB at our WatchPro Salon (2nd November) stand and at The Manchester Watch Show (9th November). ERB Design Inspiration
The design of the ERB draws heavily from the mysteries of space travel, particularly the captivating concept of wormholes and light-speed journeys across the galaxy. The ERB's architecture is inspired by the vivid imagery of heroes traversing the cosmos. From the hollowed out case to the concave galaxy inspired dial, the timepiece captures the essence of interstellar exploration.
Dial Artistry
Teaming up with the renowned @thedialartist, the ERB’s true showstopper is its breathtaking, hand-painted dial. Inspired by the vastness of space, the concave, galaxy-themed dial features Swiss Super-Luminova for a luminous glow, alongside a meticulously executed astronaut figure.
Designed to embody the concept of a wormhole from front to back, the ERB’s dial is a masterpiece of art and engineering. Chris, AKA @thedialartist, paints by hand the astronaut figure being drawn into the centre of the dial, symbolising the start of its cosmic journey through the watch case. This artistic detail truly brings the theme of interstellar exploration to life, making each ERB a unique, collectible and somewhat playful timepiece.
Colour Filled Case Construction
Inspired by the flashing lights and dynamic energy depicted in sci-fi as heroes travel through hyperspace or traverse galaxies via wormholes, the mid case of the Invenire ERB captures this sense of interstellar movement. Designed to reflect the energy and flow of light travel, the internal structure of the case mirrors this cosmic journey, with intricate details that echo the patterns of wormhole dynamics.
High Tech Packaging
Crafted using advanced additive manufacturing, the ERB’s travel case is made from durable Nylon PA12, designed to both protect and showcase your unique timepiece. Taking inspiration from the concept of wormholes, the case’s shape draws all attention to the watch at its center, mirroring the cosmic journey theme of the ERB.
